By Car
You can reach Bewerley...- From Harrogate (about 9 miles); take the Ripon road. At the second Ripley roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto B6165 and follow the signs to Pateley Bridge.
- From Harrogate (about 9 miles); take the A59 towards Skipton. Turn right at the Menwith Hill cross-roads onto the B6451 to Dacre. Turn left onto the B6165 and follow the signs to Pateley Bridge.
- From Ripon (about 12 miles); take the B6265 to Pateley Bridge and Grassington.
- From Skipton (about 23 miles): take the A59 towards Harrogate for approximately 15miles. Turn left onto the B6451 to Dacre (about 4 miles). Turn left onto the B6165 and follow the signs to Pateley Bridge.
By Bus
Bewerley can be reached by catching the Pateley Bridge bus from Harrogate. Click here to view the Harrogate and District Bus Time-Tables for buses to Pateley Bridge.
There is a good bus service from Harrogate to Pateley Bridge on weekdays, but only a limited service in Upper Nidderdale.
In 2009, The Nidderdale Rambler bus from Harrogate and Pateley Bridge to Brimham Rocks and Upper Nidderdale (How Stean Gorge and Middlesmoor) will run for an extended summer season on every Sunday and Bank Holiday from 3rd May through until 18th October 2009
Similarly, the Eastern Dalesman bus from Leeds and Otley to Pateley Bridge, Fountains Abbey, Ripon, Lightwater Valley, Leyburn and Richmond will also run on the same dates, connecting in Pateley Bridge with the Nidderdale Rambler.

Bus services 11 and 12 have been withdrawn.
Nidderdale Rambler service 825 will run on Sundays 1st November, 6th December 2009, 3rd January, 7th February, 7th March & 4th April 2010.

OAP bus passes are valid on all these buses.
